Tasting Notes

A marriage of two outstanding casks. Bourbon and Sherry, done in collaboration with the Award Winning Overeem Distillery. This is extremely limited and Approachable release had previously sold out in record time, however after numerous client requests, a small additional quantity has been released from the Director’s private collection.

ABV: 52%

Nose: Deep syrup, spiced plumbs and fresh baked brown bread.

Palate:  Delicate honey, gentle warmth and a soft peak of rhubarb and custard.

Finish: Butter and clove, alternating waves of umami and stone fruits on an underlay of salted toffee
