A highly limited single malt release, exclusive to Bruny Island House of Whisky.
49% ABV. A smooth, highly approachable dram, done in collaboration with the Award Winning Overeem Distillery.

Nose: Rich, Savory roast notes, bathed in sweet Cherry and Apple custard

Palate: Custard notes continue, layering Blackberry, Stewed Raspberries and sticky date flavours.

Finish:  Spiced and mulled Mulberry Wine.
