Tasting Notes

A highly limited single malt release, exclusive to Bruny Island House of Whisky.
47.7% ABV. Made in collaboration with the Award Winning Overeem Distillery, this release is a marriage of two Bourbon cask Single Malts, which were aged side by side, but developed strikingly different and complimentary flavors. After wide experimentation, a 50-50 ratio at this exact ABV emerged as a deliciously smooth yet complex dram.

Nose: Floral and tropical hints of barbecued pineapple. Vanilla custard with shavings of chocolate orange.

Palate:  Citrus, butter scotch, tangerine slice and caramelized orange.

Finish: a gentle finish of fine-grain oak, black tea and dried bananas.
