A selective release, exclusive to Bruny Island House of Whisky.

The “House of Whisky” label represents our classic representation of Tasmanian Single Malts, a combination of carefully applied skill at all stages of production, and serendipitous fortune of flavour development in the barrel.

This release was made in collaboration with White Label Distillery, aged in a 50 year old Tawny Port casks to bring out rich distinctive flavors.

Nose:  Caramel, orange, raisins, gentle spices and a hint of vanilla.

Palate: Toffee with a slightly tart-fruit overtone, raisins, gentle baking spices.

Finish:  Subtle cinnamon and allspice. The oak makes itself known, alongside the slightest suggestion of chocolate
