The “Bruny Island” label represents our dedication to classic Whisky distillation and cask aging, expressing the true, time-honored techniques that have kept the spirit proudly alive through the centuries. 

This release was made in collaboration with White Label Distillery.

Nose: Sandalwood shavings with a hint of sweet citrus

Palate: Tropical fruits, peppery oak and charred pineapple

Finish: Buttery popcorn notes, ending on a hint of lightly-spiced custard
