Colour: Rich, oily bronze gold.
Nose: Freshly baked brandy snaps, candy apple and vanilla bean. Followed by soft aromas of nutmeg and cinnamon spice, soaked raisins for the boiled fruit cake. To finish, a kiss of candid orange peel.
Palate: Pure bourbon cask matured notes race forward, gentle and rich oak tones help create a lingering and rounded mouth feel. Sweet vanilla bean helps drive the bourbon maturation home, with a finish that lingers gently in the background.
