This month saw Lee, one of Trapper’s Hut owners, caught in the crossfire of immediate border closures and hotel quarantine in these unprecedented times.
To commemorate this event we have named our outstanding (very limited) Old Kempton release the “Hostage”.
Colour: Rich amber copper.
Nose: Rich creme-brulee, deep smooth raisin.
Palate: Long sweeet richness of caramel tones, raisin and vanilla bean, a dense combination of mouth-watering sweet port aromatics. Incredibly smooth and soft.
Finish: Mouth feel is lingering on the palate, extending to an easy rich finish.
