Colour: Very deep and rich colour.
Nose: Rich alcoholic cherries, dark chocolate, candid orange, sweet liquorice root and chimney smoke. Gently rounded with spicy oak.
Palate: Sweet chocolate orange, Christmas spice. Deep char giving a smoky presence. Dark chocolate covered cherries, marzipan and rich treacle.
Finish: Lingering treacle and gently sweet spice, warm and comforting.
